5.1	Postpositions

Where English uses prepositions (e.g. "to" "from" "of" "in"), Urdu uses postpositions . As their name implies, a postposition comes after the noun or phrase.

Examples:

in the hotel	ہوٹل میں
from the hotel	ہوٹل سے
of the hotel	ہوٹل کا
